Clear Image Skin Clinic aim to relax your mind and soul while we treat your face and body. We ask you to consider our guidelines for clinic etiquette.
Please arrive promptly, 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, to give yourself time to relax and unwind before you begin your treatment. This will also allow you time to complete our Client Consultation Form to enable us to personalise your treatment and to cater for your specific needs.
Treatments of 2 hours or more require a credit card deposit of 50% at the time of booking. 12 hours notice is required for cancellation or changes to your appointment, your deposit will be forteited by failing to do so.
For body treatments we will supply disposable underwear. We also supply robes, when required, for your comfort.
To ensure that all guests of the Clinics enjoy a relaxing and peaceful environment we respectfully request that all guests keep noise to a minimum and that mobile phones, pagers and any other electrical devices are turned off during your visit.
We only use thoroughly tested and proven products, however if for some unforseen reason there is a problem with a product, the product may be returned within two weeks of purchase, provided that it is in good condition and only a reasonable amount is used. A credit will be given dependant on method of payment.
